Stage Test , Sprint Test  and 

personal consultation to review test results. ​

 

Athletes will undergo two separate Diagnostic Tests on a computerized Handcycle/Bicycle trainer. A specific protocol is followed with  blood samples taken at specific intervals. 

 

The results will determine an athlete’s parameters including Aerobic/Anaerobic Threshold and 

Aerobic Capacity. 

 

The information gathered during the test is crucial to an efficient and concise training plan.

2019 Testing camps will be held throughout the year at different locations.
